Sales Support Specialist

Skyline is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team. This role will focus on the daily management of key trade accounts in the design and builder space, ensuring seamless customer experience from onboarding through ongoing service.

The ideal candidate is passionate about customer success, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at solving problems efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong commitment to improving internal processes and customer satisfaction. Reporting to and partnering with Account Managers, this candidate will be responsible for maintaining and driving improvements in customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Act as primary point of contact for customer issues and claims, delivering timely and professional resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to assess needs, analyze data, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify trends in service performance and customer feedback to recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure timely, accurate order processing and work to optimize delivery timelines and transaction efficiency.
  • Partner with Account Managers to support the execution of sales strategies and initiatives to grow trade accounts and achieve sales goals.
  • Manage the trade website, coordinate and execute on ongoing development projects, partnering with IT and design stakeholders.
  • Share learnings with sales team and work with other departments to define and continually improve sales processes/systems that drive desired sales outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or account management, preferably in a related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and team collaborations
